Rates
A minimum charge of one hour applies to all jobs. The time charged includes the one-way travel required to reach your job site. Our standard service area covers Tauranga, Mount Maunganui, and Papamoa, with additional travel fees applying for locations outside these areas.
We service the entire Bay of Plenty and are happy to travel to Te Puke, Rotorua, Katikati, Waihi Beach, and Bowentown upon request. Labour time begins when a team member is en route to your job or collecting materials from our yard or a plumbing merchant.
A standard vehicle fee of $40 applies to all jobs within our core service area (Omokoroa through to Papamoa). Additional mileage charges may apply for work outside this area and will be confirmed before the job is scheduled.
Plumbing
$95.00 per hour plus vehicle fee + GST. Minimum one hour charge, includes time travelling to your job.
Drain Unblocking Services
$199 + GST for the first hour, includes call out/travel. Minimum one hour charge, includes time travelling to your job. $99 per hour thereafter + GST.
After Hours Drain Unblocking / Water Jetting / Video Camera
After 5PM & weekends. $335 for the first hour, includes call-out and travel + GST. Minimum one-hour charge applies & includes travel time to your job. $105 per hour thereafter + GST.
Gas
$105.00 per hour plus vehicle fee + GST. Minimum one hour charge, includes time travelling to your job. If a gas certificate is required an additional charge will apply.
After Hours Plumbing & Gas
After 5PM & weekends. $205 + GST for the first hour, includes call-out and travel time, minimum one-hour charge applies. $105 + GST per hour thereafter.
Public Holidays
A minimum one-hour charge applies, which includes call-out and travel time to your location. Additional time is charged at an hourly rate thereafter. All charges are subject to GST. Please call us to discuss.
